reset my iphone what happens???

ok having bother wi my iphone and i wanna reset if i do that will i lose my contacts????

If you reset your phone nothing will be lost. I've done it once aready, because I was loading so much on the Internet. My phone was fine and everything was still intact.

i do mean reset as in restore to factory settings i just worded it wrong will this make me lose contacts???
