So I have 56g of music in my library. I am considering getting a 64g iPad to use doing some DJ'ing. My question is right now at 56gigs of music will the 64g iPad hold all of it. I know it's not a "true" 64gigs to start out because of the OS and other features that soak up memory.
Anyone with a 64g that could share actual storage space before loading 1 thing would be helpful. Otherwise, I guess I'll wait for the next version with more storage???? |

It should be 57.3GB of actual storage space that you can use. That is what my 64GB iPad 2 was, my 64GB 4G iPod touch is, and my 64GB iPhone 5 is. Factor in whatever DJ app you want to use and you are likely going to fill your iPad to the brim while leaving only ~300-500MB of free space.

Guess I must have been taken to the cleaners, my 64 GB iPad 3 only reports 57.2GBs.
