Where Are All The iPad Mini's?

One month on from announcement, where are they all?...so slow...

They're popular. They're selling way more than they thought they would.
That's probably why there weren't any Black Friday deals on them as well.
At least none that I saw.

But many of the stores around here have the less popular ones. I pretty much see black 16 and 64’s scattered around.

I can't wait until the retina one comes out with a faster processor. I'll be first in line.

The same thing happened with the iPhone 5 when it first came out. Even now, the iPhone 5 is still hard to find in some areas. Apple released a new, less expensive tablet just in time for the holiday season (i.e. Christmas, there is no need to be PC about it). There is no doubt that the iPad mini is on the top of many Christmas lists. People are buying them up as if the world was truly going to end in December, same holds true for the iPhone 5. You aren't going to be able to find them sitting on the store shelves for quite a bit of time, probably not until after December.

I just walked into the apple store yesterday (12/2) and picked up a 64GB black. Love it! Now trying to decide whether to keep the full size, Retina display or pass it on to my husband.

I was really surprised how quickly they sold. I don't know too much about them yet, but maybe I should do a little research and see what all the fuss is about.
