Hi everyone. I read that article about the guy from wired who got hacked so it freaked me out a bit. As he suggests, first thing I did was set up the Two-step Verification for Gmail. Works great for my phone but I can't get it working on the iPad.
I have installed the Authenticator app on iPad. I've entered the secret key, the 16 character one that you only enter once. And it did connect at some point because I have mail from right after that process. But now I'm getting "The user name or password for Personal is incorrect". I've tried putting in the gmail password and the password generated by Authenticator...nothings working. Any ideas? Tom |
