I need some help choosing the most appropriate stylus for use with iPad 2 music apps such as ielectribe and rebirth. It needs to be consistent and accurate I.e. a fine nib for close and quick control. Any suggestions peeps? Ta for your help,in advance...

Colorful Stylus for NDS Lite (8-Stylus Pack)
It's cheap, there is eight of them, so you can just pick up a color today, another tomorrow, and whatever your mood wants. They are small so you can use with cellphones too. They work as they should work, and since the pack includes many different colors it is perfect for anybody . You can also check this one 4-in-1 Stylus Pen, it is a nice one. |

I'm not sure why you are bumping this three month old thread but all of the information that you gave was incorrect. Stylus units for older PDAs (such as the 4-in-1 unit) and the Nintendo DS line (the 8-pack you posted) only work with resistive touchscreen devices, not capacitive touchscreens. There is a big difference between the two technologies and the types of stylus units that can work with them.
You will never, ever, ever, ever, ever find a stylus with a pointed end for a capacitive touchscreen device. It is technologically impossible unless the device is running additional technology and software to recognize the stylus input (such as using a bluetooth stylus or the technology in the Samsung Galaxy Note II). The iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch do not have this extra technology and they will work with standard capacitive stylus units only. Due to that, the stylus tips will simulate finger input and they cannot have a fine tip.
