That's a difficult question because it depends on what you want to do.

First question: Do you want or need 4G capability? With either AT&T or Verizon you don't sign a contract for a data plan, you just buy it on a monthly basis and stop it when you don't need it. However, the 4G capability will cast you $125 more when you buy the iPad.

I don't have 4G because I can find WiFi almost everywhere I go. I have it at home, at work, in most hotels, in many McDonalds, Starbucks and other places. There is a free app that takes your current location and will find free WiFi hotspots in your area.

Second Question: How much memory do I want to purchase? The memory is not expandable. I bought the 32 gigabyte iPad because I travel and want the extra space to carry movies, music, books and apps. With Apple's iCloud, you can access content without your computer anywhere you can get WiFi or 4G service so the extra $100 to double your memory may not be worth it cost for you.

Other than that just buy what you think you will need and enjoy.

  1. Choose whether you want a black bezel or a white bezel.
  2. Choose the storage capacity, 16GB, 32GB or 64GB. In my opinion, 16GB is pretty tight. I have 64GB because I'm a photographer and keep quite a few photos on my iPad. I also like having a fair amount of music. 32GB is a nice compromise. Choose what fits your budget.
  3. Choose whether you need cellular data connectivity. That's up to you.
  4. If you go with cellular data (4G), Verizon has the better and more extensive network, with 4G more widely available than AT&T.

Actually, it's $130.

I just want to mention that it is for my younger brother and he is in Bangladesh. But when it is about color, I prefer black. If the storage capacity I chose 32GB, then how much it will cost?

The basic information you are looking for is located on Apple's website (as previously pointed out). You can find all of the technical specifications, different configurations, and prices on Apple's website. Feel free to ask any additional questions, such as user experiences with certain apps/features, when you have the time. Just make sure you look on Apple's website for this basic information as it is all there.
