Best photo editing app that can be used on iPad

I already have grungetastic, filterstorm, iris, and photostudio. But I had that on my iPod already and am wondering if there is anything better out there.

So far, I believe Pixlr-O-Matic has offered me numerous editing options for my photos. I got overwhelmed! From styles, frames and other effects this app is a keeper. I admit majority of the photos I post on Instagram have been edited using Pixlr.

Try using Aviary (some effects are not for free)... or if you want PhotoWonder (so far this one works really fine, for me).

A big fan of this as well. Autodesk really makes some quality apps. you can get the plus version very cheap

I dont know what's wrong with the PhotoWonder. I updated it last week and since then, it keeps on crashing and i needed to restart my phone to run it again.

I'm personally a big fan of Photogene as a standalone, full-featured photo editing app. iPhoto for iOS is a pretty nice solution as well, although the editing tools seem a bit more cumbersome (they've tried to be too clever with them, IMHO), and it's more of a library tool as well -- very useful if you want to keep a lot of photos on your device, but not so much as simply a "one-off" editing tool.

Jesse Hollington is right, Photogene for iPads!

I missed that you're asking a photo editor for an iPad... From what I know, Photogene is the best, well, for iPads. It has a great collage maker and amazing photo editor. It’s not free, but I believe this app’s efficient in providing pictures that look as if done by a pro.

How cool exactly? Does it give me extra bling blings to make me cooler? or does it suddenly change the background so I look like I'm travelling the world?
