Looking for photo edit app that blurs, text & filters.

Hello everyone,
I am looking for an iPhone app that allows photo edit tools including blurring, add text, & filters. Cost up to $2 ok. So far can't find an app that has everything, and i want to DL one app for it all. Oh and if it has iPad version for same cost, that would be a plus. Thanks.

Have you tried with iPhoto app? I think it is the best photo editing application for both iPhone or iPad. But you have to pay £2.99 for this app.

im using Photo Wonder.. it's free and effective photo editor with blemish removal and skin whitening.

Snapseed is quite awesome. Doesn't have text though.

or perhaps try Aviary... also a free app for photo editing... im actually using both, photowonder to remove blemishes and skin whitening, then ill use Aviary to choose effects.

The problem with that setup is that image quality is lost between several photo editing apps.

I have personally tried Snapseed and nyleo is right, it doesn't have an option to add some text to your photos.
Try Pixlr-O-Matic It has lots of options, themes, frames and effects that you could use to edit your pics. Afterwards you can use Pic Say to add texts. My daughter uses these apps in editing our photos. Different effects with a variety of text styles and colors. She loves expressing her creative ideas using the apps I just mentioned, and we all love our edited photos, wacky shots turned vintage. Lol.

Use “instagrame” for blur effect and it’s free to download on app store.

not really if you know how to make the photos better than the original...
i mean, these apps are photo enhancers. Why keep the original if you can make it more appealing? yes?

Picsay pro should get you somewhere. It comes with a price tag though

PE-Fotolr works fine, if and only if, you have time to do manual photo editing.
not likephotowonder with "better skin" (could instantly remove blemishes and dark spots) and PicsArt with "smart blur".

you can check out Color Splash Plus FX it has a few of the things youre looking for like filters and stuff
