Although I don't really frequent this forum very often I have always appreciated the help when I needed it.

I use to be really into iPods and had a lot of them. I'm not really into them any more. I have an iPad and love it, but don't really listen to the iPods any more.

I was just cleaning out the rafters in the garage and came across this. It's a refurbished Nano. It's still brand new in the box, it's never been opened. I don't remember the size and can't see it on the box anywhere. I think it's 1gb since it says I have a 1gb black Nano in my sig.

So here's the deal. You reply to this thread saying to put your name in the drawing and I will. The only rule is please only reply once. In one week, next Sunday at 9:00PM I will draw a number from a hat and whoever's post matches the number I pull, you'll get the Nano. I'll even pay for shipping.

Mods, I know this isn't the correct forum but it appears to get the most traffic so I posted it here.

I'm not going to complain exactly, it's your iPod after all and not like I needed it, but you said the drawing was going to be 4/10. However, you opted for a cryptic title like "I'm giving back..." in a barely used forum and unsurprisingly didn't receive but one reply in 48 hours, so you ended the "contest" and gave it to the first responder... You are aware it sometimes takes things like this time to build, right? And not like your original timeline of 1 week was an eternity to wait and see what happened.

Pretty sure you are technically in violation of sweepstakes laws in your state if nothing else, and that's only half joking. No sense creating a contest with clearly defined rules and then breaking your own rules almost instantaneously. Good thing you are done with iPods and these forums, because you have somehow managed to be insanely generous and a complete phallus all in one fell swoop, congratulations

Lol, sorry CM, I just found it strange that I was giving away on iPod, almost 100 people read the thread and only one person responded.

And in my defense, I purposely put this thread in the forum with the most traffic but a mod moved it.
