i was looking over your posts and saw your posts in the buyer n seller feedback forum saying that you were ripped off by a scammer for the same item you're selling now in the 30gb ipod.

i'm assuming you were not scammed because you say that you got this ipod for a "gift" but you already have one. i'm guessing that if you already have one, you are talking about the one in the post about the scammer, which would mean that you werent scammed.

you said also that this person sold you this ipod for far less than you are selling now. if that is the case why are you selling this ipod for 270and trying to rip off other people when you got it for so much less?

if you were indeed scammed by the other seller then i would assume that if you got your hands on this exact ipod that you would want to keep it to yourself, because you were interested in buying the same ipod in the first place.

why would you sell an ipod like this unless:
you were not scammed by the other seller and did get your ipod and are now trying to make a quick buck off of other people...

or

you did not get your ipod but still went out and bought two for who knows why (which i found highly unlikely)

or are you simply trying to scam others?

either way i feel sorry for the seller who may have sent you the ipod in the first place or for the people who fall for your story. i was looking for an ipod but i am extremely good at watching for these types of stories and yours doesnt add up at all.

wow thats a mouthful. anyways yes i did get scammed and never received that ipod. so i decided to get one myself since i was buying a laptop for school i decided on a macbook. with their offer i got a 180 rebate on an ipod. so i bought a macbook and an ipod. then my uncle came to visit me and gave me the ipod as a gift, since i already bought one of my own i want to make a profit so i wanted to sell it.i am an established trader/seller on this forum and i do not have to answer to you and your two posts. i have plenty of postive feedback on ebay, heatware, and other forums as well as this one. i dont know where they put archived feedback but here are some links.

He may have been scammed for that particular ipod because he sells 30gig videos (plus other models) every week or so. So the one he is selling here doesn't nessessarily mean it's the scammed one.

The default view for Buyer/Seller feedback is to show posts from the last month. To see older threads, just change the setting in the Display Options at the bottom of the page to From The: Beginning.
