IPOD turns on in case...

Hey guys, I have a new IPOD and have been using the case I had with my last IPOD.

It's the black, executive APPLE case with the attached clip.

I love the case but sometimes the IPOD turns on while it's in the case and wastes the battery.

Can you guys help?

Use the HOLD button to lock your iPod so it does not accidentally turn on by itself.

I didn't read the manual on my IPOD and had no idea what the HOLD button was for.
