i am using windows 2k here at work. when i connect the shuffle to the usb, the computer recognizes that there is new hardware, and it shows that it is installed correctly and takes me to the restart process. after restarting, the hardware ejector appears in the taskbar, and accroding to my devices, it is working properly. however, when i open itunes, the shuffle does not appear in the control area, and under preferences, itunes shows there is no ipod connected. what's going on? any help is MUCH appreciated.
