Anyone had the chance to compare the Macally noise cancelling headphones against the Sennheiser PXC-250s? I know the 250's are a lot more expensive -- I'm not looking at buying them, I have the PX-100s which sound better. I would just like to know what the Macally's are like since I have heard the PXC-250s. I also have some Sony canalphones which have cancelling but canal phones aren't really my thing (they irritate me and don't stay in). I basically want a cheap pair of noise cancelling for commuting/flying. They don't have to sound brilliant -- just be reasonable noise cancelling and sound ok.
Also, I read somewhere that the Macallys are just re-badged Targus. Is this true? The Targus might be a better bet then since they are black and less "stand-out" than the white Macallys.
Comments/suggestions?
(Please don't recommend canalphones like Etymotics -- these are too expensive and NOT what I'm after.)
