Extracting mix cds without the gap between tracks

Can anyone give me some advice/instruction/point me in the right direction on a point on extracting music.

I am looking for a way of extracting dance mix cd's (such as global underground albums) so they play on my ipod without a gap in between tracks. Is there a way to extract all tracks as 1 track so it just plays the full cd as 70 mins in one go? Or a way of extracting all tracks but getting them to play withoyt a pause/skip in between so it sounds like one continual mix.

P.S. I rip my live albums into one mp3 by using in EAC the Range feature.
