My second Sony EX-71SL earphone just broke in the same way as it did for the first one-- right ear bud doesn't work due to some contact issue.
Now, I'm not going to get my third and paid yet another money to Sony. But instead, I'd like to get this thing serviced since it is still within 90days warranty period.
Does anyone know how I am suppose to take the precedure in order repair it?
