I just received my Vaja DJ case and I must say I am extremely impressed!

The workmanship is amazing, and the colour really looks like what was represented on the website.

I went with the white front, baby blue back colour combo.

The only minor complaint I have, is that the Vinyl "Record" over the scroll wheel isn't quite as touch sensitive as the real thing. You do have to press a little harder than you normally would, but it's not prohibitively bad or anything and wouldn't have stopped me from ordering it.

My digital camera is having a little bit of a meltdown, so I don't have any pictures at the moment, but if you have any questions about the case I'll be happy to answer!! :)

hi, i just ordered a dj case a couple days ago, and am wondering how long it actually took to get to your front door. did you have to wait the full 30 days? also, were there any hidden costs i should prep for?

yysiu1 I don't know abot the rivet gear clamp but I'm pretty sure that it doesn't work with most car stands unless they're adjustable.

Got mine in three weeks. Love it.

Mine was about 4 weeks but that also included a wallet too. For those ordering one, the touchwheel is a bit harder to use but I'm hoping that in time it may wear in a bit :)

Also, here's just a few pics of the DJ (low res, 1008x756)

GMCloud - You make me so jealous;) The pictures of you case look great. I've been trying to justify the cost of the Ivod case, and I think your pictures won me over!

you can also try Izkitz its like the same concept as the Vaja case but only for $40 so lot's cheaper...i ordered that one because i thought the vaja case was way to expensive

Thanks lazykitty for that. It's all about how much you're willing to spend on a unit that you may not have x months from now. If you ever want to upgrade your iPod, you'll have to buy a new case....I've had a 20GB, 40GB, and now 60GB Photo 4G iPods and each one had a Vaja case....Thankfully I was able to sell the 20GB one in about 10 minutes on this forum and only took a 35.00 loss. So it's a committment. One thing I was worried on was that I know Apple will be soon releasing the Video Pod and I knew, unless it was the same size, that I would not be able to get it due to my case still being made.

Anyways, good luck and I'm also curious on Izkitz, I couldn't even find it on google so if there are any links to the manufacturer, it'd be neat to see.
