Evo2's screen protector

I just received my Evo2 case. Everything is great except for the screen protector. It seems to have a small smudge area that I can't get rid of. I believe it is a defect in the plastic. I e-mailed them about receiving a replacement. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with their case and how good iSkin was at resolving any problems?

No problems with my 40Gb Arctic...by a 'smudge' area, do you mean that you get a wet mark on the iPod's screen when you put the protector on?

No, it's something actually in/on the protector. I've tried Windex and water and nothing seems to get it off. That's what made me think that it is a defect in the plastic.

I haven't had any problems with any of my screen protectors I've received from them. iSkin is good about resolving customer service issues.

I purchased the iSkin Artic from them and two days later they sent me an Email of a 50% off deal for the evo2 for everyone that purchase the size B one previously. Since I brought one at regular price, I Emailed them and asked if I needed to send it back to get the 50% off deal and they sent me an Email giving me the discount.

Well, I just got a reply back from iSkin and they are going to send me a replacement screen protector. Only thing is, they don't have any in stock and don't expect any in until next week. That's fine with me. I'm just glad they are understanding and are willing to replace it.
