Migrating iTunes Library from one drive to another...How?

My iTunes library resides on e:\mp3 right now. I've since purchased a new drive and want everything to go into c:\mp3 instead. What's the most painless way of doing this whilst preserving ratings/playcount/lists/etc?

That is a good idea, but unfortunately I manually manage my file folder structure instead of letting iTunes manage it. Are there any other solutions that I could try?
