I'm looking to buy an iTrip. I have the new 15 GB iPod so I don't know if i can use the iTrip. If I can, please PM me. Cheers.

OH... The iTrip doesn't work with the new v3 iPods.

I see no reason why you can't use it on the Gen 3 iPods...
besides the fact that the firewire "Anchor" will not fit. it does not power the iTrip its there just to keep it in place. Check out the pictures in the iPodlounge review. All the same... you might want to wait till the new version comes out.

No. The iTrip gets power from the remote plug. The new iPods (v3) have a different remote plug. It just wont fit. And if you say, broke off the metal remote ring (if you have a v2 you know what I mean) the iTrip wont get power. So it wont work.
