Anyone else having this problem? When I pause an audiobook and go back to it 15-20 minutes later, it picks right up where I left off. But if I listen to an audiobook on the way to work, then try again on the way home, it seems that the audiobook has skipped ahead an hour or so from my bookmark. I'm not sure of the exact amount of time that it skips ahead.

In order to keep it from doing this, I have to pause the audiobook. Open another song or playlist and then pause it. Then when I'm ready to start listening to that audiobook again, I can go back to it and the bookmark will pick up right where I left off.

Source of your audiobook? If homemade m4b file, others have reported same bug. Your solution is the only one reported so far. My experience with homemade m4b files is erratic -- that is, occassionally my iPod does what you describe or goes to the end of the book and adds one to the play count. Your solution works for me on that bug also. Seems that problem lessened when I cleared a lot of previously read audio books off my iPod.

Audiobook's are from Audible.com Format 4 (Highest Quality) and I typically only have 1 or 2 audiobooks in my library at a time (to conserve space). Thanks anyway.
