Using my iPod recently in the dark, while in its Lajo xo3x case, (sans screen protector) I noticed white flashes every time I manipulated the scroll wheel. Upond realizing this was static, I then went to remove the case, watching the same "white lightning" going up and down the sides of my iPod as I extracted it from the case.
Recently, using my iPod at the gym, I noticed the music stop, it begin flipping through every song and, once reset successfully (After 2 or three tries) all of the music was gone. It was not until formatting (ipod updater) at least twice that it was back in working order. I am not sure if this is a direct result of the static.
Has any one had the same or similar experiences? I know there has been some talk of oddities due to static. (sorry, won't let me post the link to the disc.)
