Earphones for small ears?

Hey everyone,

My girlfriend and I finally got Ipod s and we need to upgrade the earphones. I ordered the Sony EX71s for me for now. (man I want shures) Now my question is if anyone knows of any earphones that are good for small ears? My girlfriend has small ears and has a hard time finding ones that fit. They can be either bud or canals. I know there are some of you out there with tiny ears. Any help would be appreciated.

The EX71's are pretty small, and they should fit well with the small buds for her I'd say.
