I'm having a few issues that i can't seem to search and find any straight info on the troubleshooting for it. Thanks
Mini iPod 4g

bkgrnd: I used to have a 10g iPod but now have a 4gb Mini iPod
I have ran into the following issues:
Now when i run itunes it sometimes finds the correct name of the ipod and sometimes it doesnt.
To alleviate the fix i would create a new profile on the network and it would work.
Except today i upgraded the OS from the updater to restore everything to default since i wanted to start all over on the iPod and now it always prompts me for a new profile name butr defaults back to my old settings.
Most curious is that it has my capacity set to 10gb...I DONT HAVE 10GB anymore..
