My computer can't recognize the iPod

I moved some files to the iPod, and when I delited them the computer just stoped recognizing the iPod...
I can't see the iPod in the restore program, and neither in the iTunes.
I cheked the cable and it's good, and I reseted the iPod, and I did everything that I can, if you know how to help please do
