Same artist listed multiple times..

hey all.. quick few questions...

I've synched my ipod , and have had no problems at all. However, when I go to Browse--artists, i notice that several random artists are listed several times. There must be twenty "Led Zeppelin" 's in my 'artist' window! However, each listing contains the same exact tracks (the ones that should be there.. none missing).
1) does my ipod have several copies of all of the tracks of the repeated artists?
2) how can i get rid of this multiple listing?

You're using MMJB right? It's a bug in the tagging of songs in MMJB.

Check that board (where I've moved this).

thanks I resynchronised after checking all the tags and that seems to have solved 99% of the problems
