I just bought a 30gb Photo last night and based on all of the recomendations on ipodlounge, I also bought the Contour Showcase to protect my new baby.
However, due to timing of production, I assume, my Showcase only had the foam insert for a 20gb or 40gb. I didn't know if they had made inserts for the 30/60 Photos yet. So I called Contour's customer service (don't remember the number off hand but it is on their website) and explained the situation.
Well, the rep I go was so nice and helpful. She took my contact info and said that they will mail a 30gb insert to me today!!!
