cdex and ephpod

Hi all,

Just recieved my ipod today! Wow, its awesome!! # cheers for Dell as they delivered it in just 2 days!! All the way to AK!! I've left it to charge and wanted to start setting things up the write way so here I am....
Firstly, I have downloaded both ephpod and cdex. I am not too keen on using MMJ after the reviews here. Anyway, I tried cdex today. I opted for the covert cd to compressed file option. Once the conversion is done, where are the music files stored??? I tried looking but couldn't find them anywhere. I am not understanding something?

Secondly, I still haven't been able to use ephpod as it asks me to choose my ipod drive and since I dont have a firewire card for my pc as yet, I am unable to do the initial setup :( ......
oh well.... will have to get it today. So is there like a small tutorial around on how to use cdex and/or ephpod??

In CDex just go through the options. Somewhere you can assign the directory where the ripped cds i.e. mp3s should be stored. I dunno the default dir anymore; I switched to EAC for my ripping needs...
