Ipod car solution for Subaru Outback?

What are the options for the factory Subaru Outback stereo? I did a little searching, and didn't find much. Anyone out there driving a Subaru with any ideas????

You can get a tape adapter if you have a tape deck - i have heard of no hard wired adapters for a suburu.
