Hi,
My ipod contrast is whacked. You have to turn the contrast to 75% before it's adequate. Problem is, when you use the backlight, it's totally faded out...problem goes away when you slide contrast back down to 25%.
It is very annoying to have to adjust contrast everytime you hit the backlight.
Apple said nothing was wrong with it.
I have a second generation ipod with firmware 1.3 on it.
I am upset with apple.
Can't believe they just returned my ipod untouched and got out of it by saying "it's normal".
