Where does the modulator go?

I'm 95% sold on using the Audiovox FM modulator along with the Belkin Auto Kit in my Car. I want this installation to look clean so I'll also be buying a hidden cigarette lighter for behind the dash, and a vent mount.

I've been doing a ton of research, and have drawn up a wiring diagram (based mostly on mde83's posts). I'm just worried about 2 things:

1. How difficult is it to remove the dash?

2. Where does the actual Audiovox Modulator go?

1. It all depends on the car you have. They are all different. But they are usually not very difficult. There is usually a trim piece that must be removed to get at the head unit. Then you unbolt the head unit and unplug the wiring harness and antenna from the back of the headunit.

2. The modulator will go behind the dash with the rest of your wires, back behind or just to the side of your head unit. The modulator is about the size of a deck or cards.
