Question about new iPod to car solution

I believe this is a new product as it is not available yet. It is only $29.99 canadian, so I am wondering if it does the same as the $219.00 IceLink??

I think that link is for the cable that runs between the IceLink/iPod2Car/whatever and the factory radio. I don't think it includes the iPod integration module. Very poorly worded description though - typical of Future Scrap...
