I filled in the forms at apple's website about my loose click wheel and have just received the box to send the iPod from UK to the Netherlands to get fixed under warranty.
In ppls experience here - is this a fault that will be fixed or more likely will they send it back saying it's within normal tolerances or something like that??
And usually how long does it take?
