i would like to hook up amps and subs to another car that i have the only problems is that it does not have any aux outs. it is a IS 300. i would like to keep the system stock. i heard that there is a adapter but i don't know what it is called.

Maybe an aux adapter - might need to use a modulator :/

Check out Crutchfield. They probably have a wiring harness that will allow you to hook up your amps at line level (no RCA's but hooking wires on the harness to wires on the amp.).

You're looking for a line-output converter, try installer(dot)com/acc/index.

it's called a line-output converter. Wal-mart usually has them, although they may not be the best quality. I'd trust ones from Best Buy or Circuitcity as decent (enough for a stock system) quality.

Edit: oh yeah, Bolderguy already said that.....boy I'm slow sometimes! :)

I used this setup for my old car, with the line output converter. It worked out great for me. The sound quality was fine. Here's a link to one at Crutchfield (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-nwQPfDdNgZt/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=101PL2&search=line+output+converter)(that's the one I used).
