Re-tagging MP3s

Aight so I have a 15 gig on backorder and am waiting to get it but took the day off today to re-name files and catch up on some work. I have some mp3s from Kaza that are prolly tagged really badly how can I retag them the easiest?

Also I need to retag a bunch of live concert mp3s what are the best programs to retag stuff?
