I'm so not savvy

So I managed to somehow export my library to my itunes folder in my documents and now when i open itunes it says that i have no music in it. is there any way to get all my music back into my itunes program without adding each file one by one?

Just add the folder that holds all the music ,in the same drop down menu as add file in iTunes.
