How Can I Transfer Music From My Ipod To Computer?

Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. PLEASE HELP My computer crashed and had to be Reformatted and I lost all my music. The only music I have left is on my iPod. How can I put songs from the iPod onto computer ? When I plug Ipod in it asks if I want to replace songs on ipod with songs on the computer, but there are no songs on the computer so I say no, but what can I do? :(
