I have ipod agent, have been told to use outlook, but where do I ENTER the info to transfer calandar events like birthdays, etc. to my ipod so when I have my ipod on the road and go to the calandar, month, day, it has that info there???

do you mean outlook express 'cause if you don't, i'm not sure what you are talking about.

You need to use Outlook not Outlook Express. Put the info in the Notes section.

go take a look at www.ipodsoft.com they made iPod Agent and have some very good user instructions and even a forum specifically for Agent.
Basically all you need to do is put all your info into the Calendar in Outlook (NOT OUTLOOK EXPRESS, isn't supported). Then start iPod Agent and "sync" the Calendar.
