is it possible to hook up my ipod to itunes and burn a dvd with my songs straight from my ipod. my library got deleted and all my songs are on my ipod and nothing works to get them from my ipod to my pc so i am tryin to find ways around it.

There's a thread that describes how to transfer songs from your iPod to your PC somewhere around here. Take a look around and you should be able to find it.

yeah i have tried just about everything...3 different 3rd party programs and the hidden folder way...nothing works i was just wondering if this was even possible.
