alright i don't know what to do anymore.
basically to be completely irrelevant i sold my girlfriend my old ipod mini for 100 dollars so i can buy my u2.
it works fine.
one day she tells me it's not working on itunes and she says somethings wrong and i didn't know what to do
it kept saying do not disconnect and she didn't know what to do
so she disconnected it and lost all her songs
i tried to plug it in on my pc and it would be recognized by my comp either
so we tried to go right to my computer then the ipod and restore
but everytime it got close to the end of restoring it froze up.
i tried updating the software and downloading anapod reinitializer tried to reinitiallize and that didn't work.
tried format for ipod use and it stops at the end and doesn't work
when i update the software it says restore and i try that and it doesn't work and now when i try to turn her ipod on it's just a folder icon with an exclamation point.
someone please help me out i'm in such a predicament.
