Opinions...need technical opinions

We've had great success so far with our podcast, but I'd love to get some technical opinions on it. Everyone seems to love the content (which is the most important thing), and they think it's hilarious (which is the second most important thing) but I'd like to get some feedback on the sound quality, etc. I use Audacity, which I admit could be better, but there are things I can do with it.
