Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. Well My Dad had a Mirical happen to him. His iPod is a 3rd gen 20gig that he got and the metal backing was sticking out a little bit from then you loked head on. It was actualyl getting quite bad and was planning on doing some kind of fixing.
When one dar he was getting out of his Van (pretty high of the ground) it was on the roof of his van. When it stipped off!!:( over a 6 foot drop. Right on to rock hard cement.
He walked in and told me the bad news as we were eating supper. He told me he dropped it and noticed no damage. I looked at it and it was totally fine, the ipod must have fallen onto the side and bent the metal right back into alignment. No scratches nothing. And he uses no case!!!

I Dropped my 20gb 4th gen in the kitchen once on the hard floor with nothing and no damage exept when you shake it, there is a minor somthign loose. Almost like a a small metal wire.
