I'm fed up of constantly adjusting my headphones.

I used to have Sony EX71's. Brilliant sound quality, loved the acoustic seal. But man, they kept falling out. Every other minute I'd be pushing them back into my ear to save the bass.

Lately Ive been using my old Sony MDR-G52 neckband phones, just because theyre so comfortable. Just fit them and forget - almost perfect for me. Unfortunately, on the train or bus I cant really hear my music.

I just bought some Sennheiser PX200s because I thought they would be a compromise between ambient noise cancellation and comfort. But I'm finding that I still have to adjust them a lot and they keep slipping from a good fit. Unlike the G52s, which work well because they have ear clips.

I'm really frustrated. I just want a pair of phones that stay on and let me enjoy my music. There MUST be something perfect for me - like closed neckband phones - I'd really appreciate some advice.

By Neckband do you mean the kind that around the back of your head? Some earphones that I know of that work well are the Shure E2c earphones. I would also reccomend that you check out the review section of the iPodlounge site. They have a variety of reviews that you might find interesting and possibly a pair that you would like.

The Shure e2s aren't much more than the sony's, sound better, and have foam inserts that stay in your ears better. The foam expands a bit to get a good, molded hold on your ear canal.

The fit of the E2c can also be a lot more secure when you wear them properly (behind the head / slide clear tube up)
