How do I put in my avatar again? I will gladly (actually I would prefer it) use my own hosted pic.
For some reason I can't find anyplace to enter my avatar URL.
Also, how can I get my post count back? I was at ~600 before the redesign!

under UserCP -> Edit Profile, right at the bottom of the page, you should be given the option to put your avatar there.
If it's not there, it might be that you need a certain post count though.

Hmm, I never had problems with avatars before...by the way is there a file size limit on avatars?

That is total BS that I would need a certain post count. I had 600 posts on the last board!

First off you did not have 600 posts on the last forum. And second, you do not need a certain post count to do it. If you go to Edit options in the User CP, click on change avatar at the bottom of the page. Towards the end you will see a place where you can add a url.

Timmy is correct on both counts; s_n_m had 450 posts on the last board when it closed, and post count has nothing to do with avatars.
To make an avatar, click "User CP", then "Edit Options", then scroll to the bottom right of the page that loads and click "Change Avatar."

That is the illustrious Samus Aran, the bounty hunter from the Metroid game series. She would never do a porn. And she is certainly not anime!
(well, how else would she be drawn on a gameboy advance?? I really dislike most cartoons labeled as anime.)
