customer service info needed for lajo.biz

so is there any way to email someone at lajo.biz instead of calling china (during their business hours) for customer service inquiries? i placed an order on 3/18, paypal says it's paid but lajo.biz site does not and b/c it says it's not paid, i can't contact them through their site. need an email please!
