Replacement for Lost Sony EX51 Earbud Attachment

Hey Guys,

One of the earbud attachments for my Sony EX51's fell out and was lost, so how do I get replacements?

I don't want to have to get a completely new pair.

The one bad thing about these in-ear designs is that if you lose the bud attachments, you're hosed it seems.
