I bought a used car and it had a JVC KD-S590 head unit installed in it. The unit does not have an auxiliary input on the front, but I looked in its manual, which I found online, to see if it has some sort of connection from the back or a cd changer input i can use an adaptor with. It turns out there's nothing. Is there any other way I can connect my iPod to it? That is except a cassette adaptor (no cassette player) or FM transmitter (I don't like those).
If there isn't and I have to replace my head unit, can you recommend any cheap but good head unit with an auxiliary input at the front? Also, can I trade-in my KD-S590 somewhere for a new head unit? Do I have to sell it elsewhere?
Thanks.
