ICE Link Plus Equipment - What do you get in the box?

Need some help from anyone who has purchased a icelink plus. What do or should you get in the box.

I purchased mine from www.ihavetohave.it 2 weeks ago, yesterday i got it fitted by cpw engineer who kindly advised me that i am missing some parts.

What came in the box was the following.
Icelink plus interface
Head unit specific wiring
Active Cradle

I was advised that I should also have the following
Cradle Axle to attache the Active Cradle to the pro-clip mount.
All the active cradle screws and allen key
Self-Adhesive spacers

Ive mailed asking the same question to where i got it from, but hoping someone here knows the answer.

Im now stuck with having the ipod lay on my car seat until i can get all the parts :(

I got mine form mp3your car.com and received the following:

Icelink unit
cable from Icelink to head unit
cradle with cable that attaches to the Icelink
part which attaches to the back of the cradle (what you call cradle axle?)
adhesive spacers, allen wrench and screws (?)

I had the option of getting the cable with the dock connector instead of the cradle. I had to buy the proclip seperately.

If you look in the manual it shows the parts.

thanks for your reply on this, they have now sent me the missing bits, just need to get them installed etc..
