I'm selling my ~3 week old 2nd generation 6GB blue iPod mini. It's in perfect shape both functionally and cosmetically. It will come with the box, usb cable, Apple earbuds, beltclip, and software/manual - basically everything that came with the ipod.
Sold!

Sorry guys. I would have considered trading it before, but I just picked up a 20 gig iPod so there really isn't anything I'd trade the mini for. Reasonable offers will be considered though so please continue to pm or email. Thanks.

is the warranty transferrable on these, I forget?

I read through the warranty and can't seem to find anything about transferability. I also cannot seem to find a definitive answer from old posts, but the posts that due address the issue of warranty transferability suggest that the warranty is tied to the player and not the initial buyer. Not sure if this is true, but I think it might be because the apple support page asks only for the serial number of the player to see how much time is left on the warranty. When I input the serial number, this is what I get:
"Our records indicate that your product is covered under and your estimated date of purchase was 2-Mar-05. Based on this data, your product will be covered by Apple service warranty for 338 more days."
I've also noticed that others selling iPods here have assumed that the warranty is transferable. So everything seems to indicate that the warranty will remain in effect no matter who the iPod is passed along to. I will make sure to supply the receipt that I received from Apple just in case. Thanks.
