which do y'all prefer? I'm using the leather case (incase) and I really like the clip but it doesn't seem to be as protective as an iSkin.....

Leather, I just prefer the look of it, I have an XtremeMac Black Leather Case at the moment but I have also just ordered a Vaja :cool:

Vaja? good choice chewie, just too expensive for me.
Its got to be leather, I've never liked the iSkin for some reason. I just don't think it offers the protection that a good leather case does. :D

iSkin looks cheap. Stick with the leather.

What do you plan on doing with your iPod? Are you going to be active with it or just walk around and hang out with it? I have the iSkin and I've had no problems with it. I hate the bulky leather cases because they make the iPod bigger then it is. The iSkins are sleek and I feel they protect my iPod just fine. I go running every week but I have a separate MP3 player just for workouts.

how can you say that an iskin offers good protection, maybe to stop it getting scratched but not for a fall. only a good leather case can do that

If you're all so afraid of dropping your iPod then make sure you don't drop it then!! I'm pretty sure you all paid a very pretty penny for it.

to me the only leather case worth buying would be a vaja, but for most people like me have a hard time spending that much on an ipod case. most of the leather cases i've seen so far have made the ipod look cheap and tacky. i have heard good things about the itkitz i think they're called though. i have an iskin and i love it, i have the arctic one so it keeps the ipod the same colors and keeps the main ipod look. i personally love it.
i dont have an iskin, but it is the same material. i am fed up of it.

I've had my iPod in the iSkin the moment it came out of the box. Every now and then I'll take it out so it can breath but she'll go right back into the iSkin!.
