Hello.
I am just ablout to take delivery of a brand new Renault Clio, and I would like to use my iPod in the car.
In the past I have used the FM transmitter but have never been too happy with the quality. I moved over to the Cassette adaptor which is fine, but now my new car will have a CD head unit, which means I cannot use the cassette adaptor.

I have searched the web for solutions, and have read about the conversion to use with the CD changer port on thr CD player head unit. I have also been told by The Carphone Warehouse that they can fit and supply for £179, but they have no info on it, nor any images to see what I get or if they have to drill holes in my dash.

So my question to you good people is this.
Has anyone in the UK had a car conversion for their iPod? If so, where did you go, how much?, how long did it take, did they damage the car? I would be interested to hear from you. Also, anyone in the Bedfordshire area know of anywhere nearby that can help, I woudl be interested also.

Thanks

Glenn
